Price is based on a single family dwelling. Paid once a month. Even less for multi-families and bigger portfolios.
Every now and then, we have to perform maintenance. You pay a small fee for the handling and processing of the work order and invoice.

Why would you pay management for a vacant suite? We only get paid when you get paid.
